A:Yes you can keep the tube lighting 24hours running a day, but 1-2times off will be much better for ligh lifetime

Q9: What is recommended for an office? Clear or frosted

A1:I think the frosted tube will keep glare down,The clear tube seems to be a bit brighter.

A2:Frosted tube lamp for sure,clear tube lamp for workshop

Q10: Does this tube bulb sag in the middle?

A1:The tube bulb sag approximately 1/2 inch. Over the total tube length it is barely noticeable.
